The latest Mercedes-Benz SL rolls out of the assembly line in Bremen

As the auto world prepares for the 2013 model of the venerable Mercedes-Benz SL, the current generation of the car has rolled off the Bremen, Germany assembly line and heads to the automaker’s museum. The head of Mercedes-Benz Classic and CEO of the Mercedes-Benz Museum proudly stated that each SL is in fact a milestone in the company’s triumphant history. He further said that the series are utilized for marking the car’s anniversary, which will be celebrated once again in 2012. And surely enough, this newly-rolled off current-gen built in the R 230 series will grace the occasion.
