Un Jardin sur le Nil by Hermès

A classic from 2005 is put back on shelves at the most exclusive perfume and cosmetics department stores. Un Jardin sur le Nil by Hermès was created in 2005, and is now featured again as a new item in the fragrance market. The fragrance was inspired, as its name states it, in the Nile River, and it was 2005 annual theme for the French house, as the second destination of its impressionistic travel journal. It is described as “light and life, generous and sparkling.” The fresh perfume smells mostly of green and tangy scents, and was created by perfume genius Jean-Claude Ellena. Its top notes are green mango and grapefruit, after that come the middle notes of calamus and lotus, and finally, delicious sycamore and frankincense. The exquisite perfume recreates the smell and feeling at the garden islands of the Nile at Assouan. Intoxicating and very, very luxurious. The bottle 1.6 oz. Eau de Toilette Spray is priced at $90 U.S. Dollars, while the 3.3 oz. bottle is valued at $125.
