Ekaterina Rybolovlela, the 22-year old daughter of the Russian billionaire, Dmitry Rybolovlev, has purchased the most expensive apartment in New York. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 6,744 square foot and 2,000 feet of terrace space. Its high cost, $88 million, was largely due to its impressive design.
